Oscar De La Renta Spring 2009

Oscar De La Renta is a designer in New York who works magic with exquisite bridal gowns. This seasons collection of couture bridal is stunning. The collection favours simple silhouettes, with strapless gowns being featured heavily, adorned with unusual bows and inventive embroidery and applique. See below for my favourites. The whole collection can be viewed by visiting the Oscar De La Renta website. Oscar De La Renta is now available in Australia through Helen Rodrigues which is based in Neutral Bay in New South Wales.

This Season's Collette Dinnigan Bridal

For etheral beauty you can't go past Collette Dinnigan. Her new range of bridal ready to wear is so stunning, with lots of variety in style. These are my two favourites from the collection. The attention to detail is so exquisite in the gown below, especially along the hem. For more information go to the website http://www.collettedinnigan.com/.

Alex Perry has gone ready to wear!

Finally, a way for everyone to enjoy the gorgeous gowns of Alex Perry. He is a genius at pushing the boundaries of the traditional wedding gown and he comes up with some stunning creations. And once again, like most things, it's attention to detail that gives the dresses that "wow" factor. The new range came out just recently and is absolutley amazing. There's 30 to choose from in sizes 8-14 with prices ranging from $3000 to $10,000. Go to the site http://www.alexperry.com.au/ to find out more. Here are a few of my favourites from his recent collections:

Tiffany Chairs

Tiffany chairs have been around for a long time - if you look close enough you may even be able to spot some in old movies. They come in so many gorgeous colours and really suit any style wedding which makes them not only accessible but also affordable.
